Daily Sales Balance Calculator (Bangladesh)
Adds up the day's cost of goods, delivery and other expenses and subtracts them from total sales to show the net amount left at closing time.

Formula
How the calculation works
The calculator adds the cost of goods, the delivery cost and all other expenses into one total expense for the day.
It then subtracts that total expense from the day's total sales figure you entered.
The result is the net balance left at the end of the day, before any money is taken out.
Common mistakes
- Mixing up total sales with profit, when sales only become profit after every listed expense is removed.
- Leaving out small daily costs such as transport or packing, which slowly pull the net balance down over a week.
When to use it
- Close your shop day by day and know the exact net amount left after every cost has been paid.
- Spot the days when sales look strong but the net stays thin because expenses grew.
Worked example
Total sales 5000, cost of goods 3000, delivery 400 and other expenses 300 give 3700 in total expense, so the net at day's end is 1300 taka.
Common questions
Is the net the same as profit?
Yes, the net here is the amount left after all listed expenses, which is the profit for that single day of trading.
