Figures are computed on your device; nothing is sent anywhere.

Formula

monthlyCost = packsPerDay * pricePerPack * 30; yearlyCost = monthlyCost * 12; costOverYears = yearlyCost * years

How the calculation works

The monthly cost multiplies packs smoked per day by the price of one pack and then by thirty days, giving a straight cash figure.

Multiplying the monthly cost by twelve gives the yearly spending, and multiplying that by the number of years shows the running total.

One pack a day at 200 taka works out to 6,000 taka a month, 72,000 taka a year and 360,000 taka across five years.

Yearly cost ৳72,000.00

Common questions

Why do you use 30 days a month?

The 30 day month is a simple budgeting convention that gives a clear monthly figure, while the yearly and multi-year totals are built from that monthly amount.
