How the calculation works

Enter the base fee for your business type, the VAT percentage, the late fee per month and the number of months late.

The tool adds VAT to the base fee and multiplies the monthly late fee by the months of delay.

It sums the base fee, VAT and late charges to give the total amount payable for the renewal.
